It began with a daily ritual: acquire hot water, steep some tea, retreat to my reading spot, and engage in non-fiction reading. Through these reflective sessions of learning, pondering, unlearning, and relearning, the perfect name evolved for that's precisely what was taking place: Insights Over Tea - Inspiring Thought Perspective.

Greetings! I'm Ashton, an old-soul exploring this world as a deep thinker and lifelong learner. Many of us are intimidated by the things we don't yet understand, and something that lights my soul from within is being able to share knowledge and perspective to make learning less intimidating.

The more we learn, the less we allow fear to control our lives. When our confidence and self-esteem strengthens, our adopted expectations and limiting beliefs dissolve. As the territory of our comfort zone expands to accommodate new knowledge, it also invites new connections, new opportunities, and new experiences - which further enrich and enhance our lives with meaning, purpose, passion, and potential.

With determination, persistence, and commitment to stay focused on connecting with your best self, you'll eventually experience your breakthrough. And when that time comes, you'll know for it'll be obvious. When you align with your highest self, you'll feel so inspired with passion to bring your dream life to reality that everything else becomes irrelevant.

You begin to move with an important mission, not with boredom, depression, or a false sense or urgency. You're filled with passion, not stress, hesitation, and anxiety. You make the most of your time instead of procrastinating with distractions. You give back to others instead of gripping fear, scarcity, and control. You act from unconditional love, not anger and hatred. You literally glow from the inside out with soul-fulfilling happiness that is unlike anything you've experienced before.

And then you finally get to understand what true freedom and happiness really feels like, with a clear conscience knowing that you intentionally stopped the resulting effects of your actions from negatively impacting someone else's life - because too much of our time is wasted navigating the consequences of other people's direct and indirect actions, in addition to those which we've created for ourselves.

In return for seeking self-actualization and aligning with the best version of ourselves, we're provided peace for our mind, body and spirit. And with this peace - with our trust and faith that all will be well because life always finds balance - we also become better children, friends, students, siblings, colleagues, teachers, spouses, parents, and role models as we move in appreciation, gratitude, and respect for energy, time, and the gift of life itself - not only for us, though for the continuity of humanity as a whole.

That's the beauty of curiosity (to uncover our individual and unique 'why') and creativity (to establish our individual and unique 'how'). It was through this process which allowed me to be the person I am today - to learn, unlearn, experience, understand, connect, and relate to all of these truths - and now it's why I'm excited to coach and make this work my Passion Project (I am also experienced in personal finance and enjoy painting houses; message me to connect on these) - to provide others with the opportunity to experience and appreciate life from a place of unconditional love, for both themselves and others.

Ultimately, I want you to discover your own Passion Project and make it yours - then have the audacity to be courageous, confident, inspired, and empowered to share it with the world. Because what the world needs - especially now - is the majority of people doing what makes their soul come alive with meaning, happiness, purpose, fulfillment, peace, gratitude, and love.
